I'm not sure what all the hype is the waffle fries were barely warm and Soggy the chicken nuggets were dry and greasy. If you... want real traditional fried Chicken go to KFC. If want Fast Food good chicken with a kick then go to Popeyes they have greatchicken and their gray rocks!. And, why are there young teenagers standing outside within arms length of getting hit by an angrycustomer "watch Tik Tom" taking orders (with no security) when someone hits or pulla them into a car? I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one earned it. I travel for a living and usually enjoy exploring new things but... chik-fil-a is like ole reliable when I'm in a hurry or just burnt out. Except this one... I thought maybe it was just a bad dayuntil I saw other reviews. My sandwich was overcooked and dry, the nuggets were cold, and the fries were soggy. This is thedirtiest, slowest, and most unfriendly chik-fil-a I've ever been to. They didn't even deliver your food, just put it on thecounter and yell your name. Seems like they need a corporate intervention or something. Pics aren't great but there was just"stuff" everywhere and the bathrooms were filthy. Read more

Order got obliterated. I typically think very highly of chick fil a as a regular. Two sandwiches not made to specifications,... paid for different buns which is a forgivable mistake, however charcoal burnt meat and moldy strawberries in the SAME order isjust terrible. You get whatever they want to give you, not what you ordered. On this day I got 2 fries medium and large and they are the same... amount of fries but I paid more for one of them. Its disappointing to say the least that a company can charge more for the sameamount and think this is acceptable. Oh and paid for bacon AGAIN and got no bacon what is wrong with these people?
