Got a simple bagel with cream cheese. They totally forgot about me, left my bagel on the toaster. When I got annoyed (that... people coming in ten minutes after me were getting theirs), the old lady at the register was so rude! The quality is decent(7/10) if willing to risk getting terrible service. (As I wrote this, the same thing happened to another woman. So what every5th person gets forgotten about? ). This eatery is a real gem, diamond in the rough, literally and metaphorically. The bagels here are the freshest and best... tasting I've ever had. Match a plain bagel with their mounds of wild salmon and plain cream cheese? MAGIC. Very busy, and forgood reason... people can't get enough of everything here. The bagels are pretty good but it?s very dirty inside. Clearly they are not cleaning the floors walls etc. on a regular basis.... Also in my experience, the staff doesn?t really know how to greet customers and take orders. They just look at me and don?treally say anything. So, ultimately I think the staff needs more training oh and cleanliness needs to be addressed. One finalnote, they are very pricey.
