Reviews for Timber Ridge Golf Club in Brockport, NY
Great patch of land to knock a ball around. Salubrious selection of refreshments for your taste.
Great golf course can't beat the price will go again
Very nice executive course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are nicely groomed. The holes are not terribly long, but the small... greens make it a fun challenge. Greens fees are reasonable, and the food and drinks in the clubhouse are very tasty. Of all the"local" courses I've played, Timber Ridge is my favorite. Read more
Love this course! Fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Played the course twice in a week and despite a 50 minute... drive, well worth it! This course is a gem in the rough.... Read more
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays thus place NEEDS A RANGER!!! Play is way too slow when it doesn't need to be. When slow play... and people getting a little to hammered,..people will go elsewhere. Hire a person w/experience for $15 an hr. and freegolf..it's not like it'll bankrupt ya. Will not play here on weekends again. In fairness,..the course is in very good shape. Read more
4+ stars. It is a fantastic public, vacation golf course. Fun layout, scenic, and used every club in my bag. Has a few... challenging holes, many real fun risk reward holes, good greens, lush fairways, well kept bunkers, great bar and food and afriendly staff. Jay the GM and Head Golf Professional is class guy and very welcoming. Highly recommend the course + the valuefor the price is outstanding. Read more
Greens, tee boxes and fairways are in amazing condition and well kept. Course is a pretty good layout not to long but some... challenging holes. Some of the staff was excellent others were average my only complaint is the tee times weren't spaced out imou shouldn't have multiple groups waiting to tee off on the 1st hole. I will be coming back Read more
4th time playing. Impressed each time. Consistently well maintained. Greens are perfect. A must play course. First time... playing this course. I was impressed. Everything from the clubhouse to golf carts to the course was well maintained. Youcould tell management cares about the course. The tee boxes were plush, not burnt out and hacked up like most courses. All ofthem had proper signage and boxes of seed mix to fill divots not just sand. All carts had bottles with seed mix to fill indivots. The course is short, about 6200 yards from the tips, but will challenge you by putting a premium on good shot making. Prior knowledge of the course layout is necessary to score well. Once you understand the course you can bang a driver onevery tee or drop to a 4 iron to manage the risks. The greens were in great shape. They ran true with subtle breaks that willtest your reading skills. I will definitely be back. Read more
