Placed an order over the phone. Went to pick it up and they never made it. Kid at the register had no idea and couldn't find my... number associated with the order I placed. This location was swamped with orders and seemed to be short staffed with personnelwho didn't have a care in the world. Antonio's has great pizza, but this location is sub-par on every level. If you want yourorder actually placed, I suggest going to the location on Sprague and York Rd. and avoiding this location at all costs. Read more

Was told my order would be delivered in 45 min. After an hour, I called the store and they said it?s on the way and they should... be pulling up any minute, 15 min goes by and still no delivery... we live 5 min down the road from them. Finally came an hourand 40 min later after order was placed, pizza and chicken were just warm, cole slaw was hot and I got salad I never ordered,looked to be another customers order. First time at this location. Not sure how hard it is to make 2 large pepperoni pizzas. But I guess one ran away and they lost... it, making my kids wait even longer for dinner. Very odd they made my pizzas under 2 different orders as well. Not good firstimpression. Burnt pizza on top of it, my kids wouldn?t even eat. Waste of $40. Will take my money else where. So disappointed with this place! The quality of food is going down hill fast. We ordered the pizza on the left and the right is... what we got. It was a tortilla with sauce on top for $15.99. No pesto and barley any cheese. Yikes. Read more

Absolute worst service I?ve ever had. I hadn?t had that chance to eat all day so I ordered a pizza to make it quick and easy for... me. Looking back I wish I had saved the money and made myself some homemade food. The pizza came 40 minutes late and in horriblecondition. That salads and the dressings were busted open. I would have believed it if you told me the driver got into a carcrash on his delivery route. I always order a pizza light baked as I have a partner that eats later than I do & it heats up better that way. But every time... I?ve ordered it that way, it?s overdone.
