I wish I can get past how rude some of the drive thru people are. I went to order some food today and the woman was angry asking... what I want so I placed an order and then wanted to add a specialty fry and called for her and her respone of how she said whator yes or whatever she replied was so rude like I am wasting her time ordering more food. I decided to cancel and drive away!!!I gave 3 stars cause they make a great sandwich if you can get past feeling like you are a nuisance to their staff for placingan order. Read more
Always worth the trip from Bloomingdale. Used to be one in Northbrook Illinois but they closed it.

I personally like the fried chicken wings & fried shrimp. I saw the owner of this place and mentioned that when I ordered hot... wings the cook placed the wings in the oil but didn't time them. How was I to know they were cooked? He told me that wings sinkwhen they are not cooked and float when they're done. . . Good to know. Read more
That food got us food Poison, I decided to stop by yesterday after my doctor appointment to take home as I didn't want to take... to drive to Ogden location but this is not Mr. Submarine, I order 2 kids meal grilled cheese and I got them they are not grilledcheese they used HOTDOG BUNS and just melt the cheese on there ???? my kids did not eat it at all then I had an order of onionsrings with hot dog and my husband a pizza puff and a sub and got food Poison. The only Mr. Submarine I'm going to is Ogden Ave.Save your money! Not sure if all Mr. Submarine are the same owner or they are Franchise but this was a bad experience and stillsick. Read more
Ordered gyro no onions sauce on the side. FF and onion rings. Rings over cooked. FF good. No sauce was in bag. I'm giving up on... this place. Thinking new owners or management. Looks like Lucky Dog will be the go to place now. Read more
