A last minute decision had us staying at the Inn. We arrived towards the end of dinner and they were friendly and cooked us the... BEST fish fry. The room was great. We went to saratoga for the races and found this hotel and restaurant. 30 minutes from the track. Price was very reasonable... compared to the saratoga area. Historic hotel with impeccably decorated rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable we'vebeen in. The pub is quaint and the food excellent. My husband had the filet and it was very good. Beautiful historical hotel, wonderfully accommodating rooms and staff. Soft beds, eco-friendly, balcony porch, beverages, tavern... and restaurant, indoor outdoor seating options, delicious meals. Very relaxing, animal activities in area, Willie Wildlife Marshis beautiful for a trail walk, local groceries, tons of historical signs in this area. Wonderful weekend getaway! Read more

This is a nice change up from the routine chain motel. A key word to keep in mind is, "historic." The exterior and lobby could... use a little more restoration but the room was in great condition, clean and recently painted. Just don't expect a mini fridgeor microwave and you won't disappointed. No free breakfast but breakfast available in dining room on Saturday and Sunday. Foodwas excellent and moderately priced. Service was beyond outstanding. Read more

Very nice room in an historic hotel in a small village. Had 2 meals in the bar area, which were very good. The Pub Burger and... the Eggs Benedict were delicious. I loved this hotel and I hope to return at some point in time. Read more
