The food was good. The order process at the speaker seemed a bit rushed but they were very friendly. At the window the young... girl honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't very friendly, opens the window, hands the bag with our orderand closes it. No thank you or anything at all to your customers? My first time at Zaxby's about an hour before close on a Sunday. Very nice staff and food was great. Everything correct. I'd... like to take a moment to state how clean everything was. Ordered 10 "Boneless Wings" Cashier convinced me that the "Zaxby Sauce" was a good choice for dipping. I acquiesced, yet she put... Ranch Dressing in my order. Go figure. Wow, they have shrunk the size of the fingers. Then asked for really well done fries, they were cold and covered in so much salt... I could not eat them. Threw them out. Tables were not cleaned and trash over flowing. The taste of the chicken was good though.Definitely a wast of money as they don't appear to care about what customers think! Read more

First time here. Don't personally care for the flavoring in the chicken and sauce. Manager refused to allow a taste sample of... the sauce prior to ordering. Will not be returning to any Zaxby's in the future. Read more

I ordered the new club sandwich, without the sauce and pickles. I checked it before leaving the parking lot. All they put on it... was a piece of chicken, no bacon or cheese. My husband took it back in, the manager threw it on the floor and stepped on it forsome strange reason. She acted like we messed our own order up. Lady needs to get a grip. Anyway, no apologies or anything, justrudeness. I used to love the club sandwich toasted on the Texas toast, but their food and service both are terrible now. I willnever go there again. Read more
