We walked in at 5 mins till 9 sign , said close at 9 . The young girl said we are closed sorry they were people still in line .... Not good business Read more
Froyo is great; customer service needs some work. I was not greeted when entering the store nor when I approached the register.... The girl at the register didn?t speak except to give me my total. I had to ask her to enter my phone number to receive myloyalty member benefits. The other associate in the store was cleaning the entire time I was there, and the store was veryclean. They serve Dole Whip, my favorite treat from Disney World :) I would visit much more often if the employees were morefriendly! Read more
We're from New York and visit relatives the Bristol area once a year. We have 2 little boys, and they LOVE going to Sweet Frog.... We go at least a few times, and there is something for pretty much every taste there. Great place to take your family.Reasonably priced. Lots of options. Friendly staff. Read more
