I ordered the steak omelet. It was ok but the hash browns were so overcooked they were like dehydrated. My sons order was... completely missing the extra hash browns he ordered. We ordered through the app and it was almost 40 minutes after the app saidthe order would be ready. I won?t be back to this location. I don?t recommend this place at all!! Horrible experience ???? first off the food was WAY over cooked and when I told the guy I didn't like the crape he said wow I... love them! OK cool I don't but he didn't even offer to take it off the bill even though I only took 1 small bite. Then we leftand the lady kept our CC and said we left it.... Where to start we arrived with our kids to a completely empty parking lot not one soul inside the store to a sign saying they... only accepted cash which of course is fine we go in get seated we were seated she came back 5 minutes later takes our drinkorder takes 10 min to bring our drinks out with only 1 gentleman coming in 15 min after she proceeds to walk to the table withour drinks lay some down along with the receipt and says that before she got there earlier that day someone had done a diamonddash and did not pay for their meal and she would appreciate it if we would go ahead and pay because that's what her managerasked us to do first off it took her 10 minutes to get or more to take our order drinks and bring them to us secondly neverwould I ever pay for food ever or does it ever look like me and my family would die on our dash completely so I find that veryoffensive to think that me and my significant other with our two children whatever get up and do something like that plus payfor food that we don't know what is going to come out looking like and then if we are not happy with the outcome then they takeit back and possibly spit in it or whatever don't ever go back to this place this is the worst service I've ever had in my lifeand I work in the fast food and food industry very disrespectful very disgraceful.... To start we waited at the front desk for 7 minutes while the waitresses watched us with no acknowledgment. Then after being... seated for another 8 minutes still no service with all of them still looking at us , after getting up an making it almost to thedoor the waiter comes out an says are you leaving!!! Well yes, we are regulars in this store and was treated horrible. Place just isn't the quality it was years ago. Food is "ok", not bad but not great either. Price point is pretty expensive. $34... for 2 people for just a small amount of food is over the top. Eggs are small/med-small. Would expect large eggs at least. Moreplate than meal. Staff has that fake friendly vibe. Made a comment to waitress about the 2x2x2 meal but instead of letting mefinish explaining, she shut down, asked if I wanted to speak to a manager then brought me my bill saying "not to rush, but whenyou're ready to leave here is your bill". The waitress barb had a great personality and even tho our meal came out wrong she continued to be the perfect waitress.... the... cooks were over whelmed tho and meals were slow to come out due to training going on. I don't know food wise if I was happyenough to go back it didn't impress me too much. That's where you will have to go and try for yourself....we appreciate barb andthe conversation she had with us .
