Overpriced and disappointing. The food was terrible and the service was even worse.

This is an amazing restaurant. There is a hefty price but the food is wonderful. The establishment is very clean. The staff is... friendly and willing to answer questions. We tried several of the small plates and the steak. It was all really good they allhad such amazing flavor. The cocktails are very good with ingredients that go together well. The venue was very nice but the rest of the experience was very blah. They were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ordered food... and it was literally ready in 3 minutes. No way it was cooked to order. The food was good but not any better than a big chainsteakhouse that would have been a third of the price. Read more

Hotel and staff were amazing. I\'m not sure that I went to the same restaurant as these other reviewers. I\'ve seen pictures of... others. What we had was nothing close. Served on a aluminum pan with checkered paper, are you serious? Food was not the worstwe\'ve ever had but it left alot to be desired. Except for dessert. Now that my friend was a delight! Although waitress informedus the pastry chef was no longer going to be there. What a disappointment. No reason to go back. Sad because it\'s such abeautiful Hotel /vineyard. Read more

We had a wonderful meal with friends at Hickory! The atmosphere, drinks and meals all made for a memorable evening! The pork... chops is a fabulous dish as well as the others! Be sure to enjoy some wine from their local vineyards as well! Definitely alevel above other restaurants in the area! Read more

If I could give this place a 10, I would. The view was spectacular. The staff and chef\'s were wonderful and attentive. And the... food...delicious! The corn bread, unique and tasty. The dry aged steak was perfectly cooked and the brown butter gnocchi wasfantastic. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again! Read more
