Absolute worse group I?ve seen in a long time at any fast food chain? handed me a container with hot grease melting the bottom... out all over my vehicle, order wrong 75% of the time and if ya get a wrap, we?ll it?s just gonna be chicken strips that?s old asdirt and a tortilla! It's like a cookout, without the work. Great burgers, love the chili on the hotdogs. The THICKEST shakes you can find....be... prepared to use a spoon with the Oreo shake or wait a good bit of time for some melting.....they are awesome. My only complaintis that fries are never crispy enough, always just too limp or sometimes even cold and soggy. Otherwise, one of my fav places tograb a fast bite, for a very affordable price. Sadly prices have gone up due to inflation, but the food is still pretty big portions for the prices, while not lacking in... taste. Overall, service is quick, and cashiers kind. Never had a bad experience and I'm sure they'll keep it that way. Read more
My son and me had many enjoyable meals here before the pandemic hit. It was fun to chose which milkshake to order and the staff... was always nice and friendly. It was also clean and had a good atmosphere. Read more
I have ate at Cook Outs, but this is the worst meal. I have even gotten before from them. I should have known something as I was... being rushed to order. The chicken wrap was also wrong. Today I'm giving you a ONE! I can understand wanting to be fast and serve as many people as possible... BUT YOU ALL ARE ACTING... RIDICULOUS IN THERE!!!! Horrible experience for the first time ! New workers and they are nasty rude and ignorant I paid extra for cheese they slapped a... small scoop in a hotdog container upside down in the bag messed up every single order one order only had two strips and barelyany fries (should of been double cheese fries 3piece tenders ) !!! The lady who took the order was rushing and rude extremelyrude the lady and male dealing with food had no gloves on very unprofessional and nasty ???? 4 years ago this place was greatamazing quantity great costumer service and always friendly and clean now it?s just run down it was my favorite place but nowI?m disgusted by the employees and how they deal with food ! Food was good. The place is dirty. Cluttered. Tables need wiped. Even from counter u order from u can't touch because of food... and liquids spilled. Took a couple of pics without being too obvious. They are not too busy to use that as an excuse to notmaintain dining room. All trash cans are overflowing! Read more
