Part of my food was bad. I had turned on the call button on our table needing our server because our green beans were bad. 15... minutes later she walked by, I stopped her and told her we needed service. She then said that their call buttons were not hookedup to anyone. There was a light flashing on it. She did replace the food but we were all finished with our meals by then. Notsure it was all her fault. Management needs to connect their equipment. Otherwise all was well. Read more
Omg this place is amazing! Everything was so good! We had the country fried chicken and homemade pot pie with chocolate cake for... dessert! FIRE! Definitely recommend this place to everyone! Our server was this tatted up young lady who was extremely helpfuland sweet ?? Read more
The food alone would get 5 stars. Getting served the bread and no bread plates is bad. I do not like having to eat off... napkins. The floor was a mess. But looking at it they either dropped a plate with a rice dish in the floor and did not sweep itup or someone ate throwing food everywhere. But no matter what someone should have swept it up. Just laziness. If you takeorders in a specific order, then do not need to ask who ordered what with the drinks and food. Always serve women first. Donot keep putting the dirty payment systems on the table when removed. Yes they are dirty as I watched 4 tables bussed andcleaned and none of those kiosks were sanitized. Do NOT handle my items and set them from a seat to a wet table. I am not surewho the gentleman was that was our server but he truly needs some training. Read more
I love Cheddars croissants..... but this place in Bristol is NOT THE PLACE TO GET THEM!!! I literally ordered 2 big foil boxes... full of them and they barely put enough honey butter on them altogether to cover 1!!! Ridiculous!!! People spend good money atyour place of business but that?s what we get. My hometown cheddars in Lexington Ky blows you guys out of the water!!!! 1,000,000 times. You need to cover them well! Also the Monte cristo was not even crispy on the edges, I don?t even know if itwas deep fried or whatever. Was just bread with melted chees and meat inside???? Great Food, Service and Atmosphere... And the Crescent Rolls with Icing we're Excellent !!! I highly recommend this place !
We came from Blaine, Tennessee. My husband decided to pleasantly surprise me since he knows I love Cheddar's. I love the... croissants dribbled with honey sauce. I ordered a Sprite and my husband ordered a diet coke but it tasted awful so he ordered anunsweetened tea. It took 5 minutes to get someone to come change it. I ordered the Chicken Dijon and my husband ordered thefish. Another waiter brought our meals. The chicken was a bit overcooked but not horrible. The coleslaw was fresh and thebroccoli cheddar was yummy. There was less rice than usual but I am not complaining since it means less carbs. I usually give 5stars to my Cheddar's and I've been to a few of them but this one I give a 4 star. Read more
The steak was great, service was also great. This will be our place to stop at. The green beans tasted sweet, not out thing.... The country fried steak was fabulous. My hubby liked it. And very reasonably priced. Read more
Everything was great especially our waitress! She said she was only waiting 2 tables As far as I was concerned she could have... waited on everyone. She did a fantastic job! I hope she gets a raise soon. This company has a great employee! Read more
