We are from out of state but visit Bristol often for date weekends. Last time we were in Bristol we walked past Machiavellis... (after we had judt ate elsewhere) and the moment we got a whiff of it we instantly knew we had to come back and try it. Fastforward to 6 months later...we finally got to try it and it did not disappoint!! This was some of the best Italian food I'veever had!! My SO got the Lasagna and I got the Chicken Alfredo and we got breadsticks as the appetizer... we both cleaned ourplates. Those bread sticks are what dreams are made of! Staff was very nice and prompt and the atmosphere was great because onone hand it was more upscale but then you round the corner and its the bar and people eating pizza watching football. Omg, I love this place. Andrew or waiter was fantastic and so was the food. Get the lasagna! Outstanding.
Average wife had never been and it had been years for me. Guess I know why now food was ok nothing special. Service was good,... atmosphere is nice, just nothing special to make to want to return. Read more

The restaurant had a quaint feel to it. Very rustic decor. Service was nice, but menu was limited due to running out of chicken... and most dishes called for chicken. Example chicken Marsalis but without the chicken. Other than that everything was nice. Read more
A simple place with friendly staff. We had a white pizza and some salad. The pizza was not bad. Overall a nice meal.
Meatballs were excellent. First time eating there (quick stop) but will definitely be back.
