After a long night Philadelphia my partner and I needed some Wawa coffee and snacks for the ride home. While picking out... sandwiches, Dawn a customer service representative of Wawa gave us a quick tour on what to eat in store(recommending the yogurtbites). After telling her we were interested in some local country fried steak. First taken back and startled by our request shedid recommend a local restaurant to consider to eat. Shortly after more staff and other customers were throwing out directionsand more recommendations for local grub. This was a lovely experience and if we?re ever in the area again we will certainly comeback to greet and thank dawn and the rest of the staff. Truly wonderful. Read more

This wawa is going down hill fast. Went there yesterday and got a burrito bowl, get all the way to work and there is barely... anything in it. Day later get the same bowl and they forget the Chipotle sauce. It even says it on the ticket. Read more

All of the staff but one older lady is wonderful. Always attentive, kind and helpful. This ONE lady...idk....she must HATE... mornings. Every morning I stop by to get a Breakfast quesadilla which as you know gets put in a rectangular box. She got mad atme, gave me attitude because I told her I didn't need a bag when I was at the register. A customer before me had to buy LOTS ofice and she was giving HIM attitude FOR NO reason. This is not the first time either that I see her being NASTY twords customersAND other employees! I mean really...if you are not a people person and you can't carry yourself in a professional manner thanfind another job. There is always a line of 5 or more people, with one person on register. I have had to ask quite a few times for them to open... another register. People coming here on the way to work n such don't come there to wait it's supposed to be quick. Whenordering drinks or ice cream I always seem to have to ask someone to make my stuff because no one is working the station. Have been Wawa customer for a long time. Stop for breakfast at least 3 days a week. Very much it is very good service. But this... morning was a mess, menu screen had troubles showing the ?menu?. I ask the employee that I believe she is the manager, sheanswered on a rude way. Came around and help me out so I can order. Went my cup of coffee, switch it 2 times because it was nothot enough. Went to the cashier and had to wait for the cashier, guess she was doing something else around the store. Finally,got back to get my stuff, I asked for a bag, and the ?manager? again on a rude way send me back to the cashier to get one. Ihave been customer long enough to know they do have bags on the back, minutes before another customer walked away with hisbreakfast on a bag she put his stuff in. Ordered 2 burritos, when got in the office had to ?rebuild? the burritos and warm themup, ?cause .... it wasn?t right. I can tell they were short handed, but that doesn?t means you can release your discomfort andfrustration with the customers. Read more
