TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I ordered a pizza for delivery and they delivered it to the wrong house!!! I called them immediately... after receiving a text that ? my order was delivered? the lady who answered was super rude telling me it was ?MY FAULT? theydelivered it to the wrong floor I did ask for a refund and she told me to ?go get the food from my neighbor ? I told herabsolutely NOT!! with Covid and everything no thank you I?ll pass I just want a refund she stated she?s making another pizza andbefore I can even think about a refund she personally is going to my neighbors house (I?m not sure how that?s going to get me arefund but um ok I guess) I am clearly telling you that I live on the 2nd fl and your delivery driver stated he delivered it tothe 1st floor to a man ?with long hair? there?s all the proof you need! All of this took place before me finding out that thedelivery driver actually banged on the downstairs door and when he opened the door the ?guy with the long hair? told him I don?tbelieve that?s our pizza but the delivery guy just was pushing the pizza to him saying ?HERE HERE? so that point he figuredmaybe his wife ordered it and ended up giving him a tip and took the pizza! I decided to try a new place today and I'm really disappointed. The pizza is just not good. Period. The crust had a stale taste... and it was overly loaded with cheese to the extent it was just runny and gross. Definitely not ordering from Sophia's again Read more

I ordered this pizza NOT knowing there was bleu cheese on it, I am allergic. So I called and just asked for a refund or if they... could make me one without bleu cheese. I ordered a LARGE Pizza extra cheese to be delivered. When i opened the pizza, the cheese was off the pizza. I called and... complained, and they did nothing. They said the driver probably rushed to my house. Might as well just ignore this place. Thereservice is terrible. As another note** This review was based on my first experience. My second experience, I did a pick up. Notonly was there place of business very unsanitary, but customer service is just not there!
