This restaurant has a great view and decent pub style food. The fish tacos and fish and chips were good, but not exceptional.... The nachos were up to par - a big serving and satisfying with fresh jalapeños. I would think of this as good quality pub food, but with the added benefit of the views and awesome patio overlooking the Brigus harbour. Not much parking and it does get busyon nice days in the summer. I would recommend a reservation if you want to dine inside as there isn?t much indoor seating. Read more

Food was tasty. Great view. You can eat inside or on deck (we ate outside). We had: cod tongues (the best my friend ever had!),... I had cod tacos. There was a long wait due to the fact our server forgot to ring in our order. But he, and the lady training himapologized when they became aware of the mistake, and offered us our desserts, very tasty and filing as well! Blueberry breadpudding and apple bread pudding. My first time there. Will recommend and be back. Read more

Our family ate at this restaurant July 23 while visiting the area. My son called and reserved a table for 5 for opening time at... 12 and when we arrived, we were the first table there. The waitress took our drink and appetizer order and both arrived in atimely manner. Our meal order was taken shortly after. While waiting for our meals, we watched other tables get their ordersahead of us. The table next to us had came in after we ordered, they ordered, ate and one person's order was wrong so it wassent back to the kitchen, she received her correct order and were finished and left before we received our meal. The waitresstold us our meal would be ready soon after asking what the delay was. It was almost 2 hrs later before we received our meal. The restaurant's AC was not working on a 30degree day or didn't seem to be because it was extremely hot there. Not sure whathappened, if the food order was lost because we did not receive any sort of explanation for the wait. The food was pretty goodbut it was disappointing that their customer service was lacking. We paid for our meal and left without giving a tip. We willnever return to this restaurant again. Read more

I was excited to try this place, and I was utterly disappointed. This place is an absolute disaster and the worst restaurant... experience ever. I DO NOT recommend it. The issues with this place are numerous, and I have summarised my experience below. -We had a reservation and waited over 30 minutes to get seated. - Service was terrible. There were three servers for fivetables, which is very reasonable. We had to ask our server for everything: drinks, water, utensils, napkins, and side plates. -Waited 1.5 hours to get our food. After waiting over an hour, someone in our group asked where our food was. Our waitress saidit was being plated. It finally came out about 30 minutes later. I could only assume that they started making our food once wehad asked where it was. We had deep-fried fish, fish tacos, and a burger?typical deep-fried Newfoundland cuisine. - Severaltimes throughout the evening, we watched staff take smoke breaks on a golf cart parked in front of the dining room window. Atone point, there was six staff taking a smoke break at the same time while we were waiting for our food. Even saw a kitchenworker take a spin on the golf cart with a cigarette in their mouth and saw another kitchen worker taking a smoke break whilestill wearing their latex glove. - The live entertainment seemed to be there more for the drinks than to play music. Theyannounced they were taking a 5 to 10-minute break and came back an hour later. A smoke break on the golf cart was followed bythem drinking at the bar. Save yourself the headache and make something at home or go to a greasy spoon restaurant that canserve up deep-fried food in a timely fashion. 0 stars if I could. Read more
