I've been to this McDonalds on several occasions over the last 2 months. Overall their food is average; it's hot, and seems to... be made correctly when you actually get all the items in your order. Speaking to that, three of the five times I've been therein the last 2 months they have forgotten items in my order or made it completely wrong. There isn't much room to park out frontwhen they decide to park your order. If they park multiple orders the cars get backed up into the drive thru which stops peoplefrom being able to exit. great place for fast food. I did have an issue the other day getting an iced coffee. I've used coffee cards countless amounts of... times at this location and others for iced coffee and they've always done it, come to find out they aren't supposed to and thewomen working unfortunately wasn't very polite about the situation and I tried apologizing but she kept interrupting ????hopefully she's having better days! Took our grandchildren for what was supposed to be a fun supper. This restaurant was filthy. Spilled product on the floor by... drink dispenser, dirty tables, dirty floors. Had to actually ask one of the staff lounging around talking with each other toclean off a table so we could sit down. Just appeared to be someplace where the employees didn?t care. I went inside thinking the service would be better than the drive-through. Wrong. I was standing there with my 5 yr old for a... while. literally none of the workers even saw me standing there. When the one girl did she still asked me if I wanted toorder... seriously you think I'm just standing here with my kid to see your faces ? Maybe this McDonald's location should hirepeople that are willing to work not people who Are there yo socialize. You're getting paid. Do your jobs right. Read more
I ordered 2 mcdoubles and one was to be just ketchup and cheese. Both were made with just ketchup and cheese even though only... one had the grilled tag requesting it. I was disappointed as I really like to have all the condimentsce on my Burger. We weregiven an extra pop for some reason as well.. And there wasn't enough ice in my pop, it got warm quickly. I think I got the quarter pounder with cheese on the side lol. The fries were hot, love them that way.
I don't get how I can wait in line for 10-15 mins and still get cold food.. I use to work in the fast food industry and the... standards have gone down hill.. It takes 5-7 min to drop down new fries and make a customer happy. Or re make a sandwich thatyou put too much sauce on. Your employees need to care more about what they are doing. Create incentives for them to want to dobetter. Something to motivate them.. I now need to avoid both locations along hwy 30 and drive to Cobourg just to get coffee inthe morning because my order is messed up every day! Do better!! Read more
Poor management, place is never open. They claim to be 24 hours, but leave pylons in the drive thru all night despite being... "open" and employees present inside. I was there twice in the past week, once at 12:30 am and today at 4:30 am. Drive thruclosed both times. I phoned both times and employees picked up, both times they said it was the 1 hour they clean the store andthat they were just getting ready to re-open. I asked for contact information for the owner so I could make them aware of theissues, which was not provided. Will not be back, unreliable and no care for customers who count on 24 hr restaurants for theirmeals. Read more
