Amazing pizza and great staff
Called to order a medium pepperoni and two crazy breads. They say "ok, it will be about 10 minutes" 30 seconds later I get a... call-back saying the order's ready for pickup, and that they close in ten minutes. I get there five minutes later, and theygive me the crazy bread with no pizza. And claim I never ordered pizza..? I definitely did, and the guy even read my order backto me before hanging up the first time. Definitely got the order. I understand that it was ten minutes to close and that nobodywants to make a pizza ten minutes to close, but... tell me that? Don't just say it will be ready and then surprise me with nopizza at the door? I ended up having to order pizza next door and wait another 20 minutes. I would have happily just orderednext door in the first place if I knew it was going to be an issue. Again, I really do get that nobody wants to stay late tomake a pizza. But just tell us that. Don't try to claim there was never an order. Gaslighting customers isn't great businesspractice imo. All and all, this was a one time issue. I've have good, fast & friendly service every other time. Decent pizza, but the service could have been better. They didn't seem busy but they also acted like they didn't have the time... needed for customers. I will go back as the pizza is good, and hopefully the service was just having an off day. Read more
I have found over the past year that the owners/ managers of this establishment seem to have a great deal of trouble training... the kids they employ. As a parent I would highly recommend that you give kids who are probably first time employees bettertraining! It is not their fault you dont train them! Read more

Waited a while for our pizza today which wouldn't normally be a problem. However, staff yelling back and forth at each other... (not in a friendly manner) makes for a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Read more
I went in to get a takeout menu. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person behind the counter tell me they don't have... menus. The said to check online. I did that and couldn't find prices or sizes of the pizzas. I called the store for help. Thelady I spoke with said they only have medium sized pizzas. For pricing, I had to tell her what I wanted. She had to relay thatinfo to a cashier who was able to relay the prices back to me. Way too complicated ! I purchased my large pizzas elsewhere thathad a better Web presence. December 2018 - went back to try one more time. Website still not the best, so I went in to get thebacon bacon pizza advertised on TV. Only took 8 minutes to cook. Service was friendly, store was clean. Pizza was quite greasy,but that's what happens when you get bacon on bacon. It was tasty and very filling.
