We ordered party platters for my son?s first birthday and instead of putting the toppings on the side as we requested when we... ordered (multiple times so there was no confusion), they mistakenly put ALL the toppings on every sub. We have some very pickyeaters, but didn?t have time to go back up and have it all re-made. Mistakes happen and thankfully we had other food planned forthe party that day. However, we contacted the store immediately and were told they had to contact a manager. The following day,we contacted the store again and we were told the same thing and that a manager was supposed to get a hold of us. After no callthe following day, we contacted the store again and finally asked for a number to contact this manager. We were told 3-4different people all along, and in the end, no subs for the party basically and they offered us a refund for half. At thispoint I explained that it was rather frustrating, not just because we ended up with no subs for the party, but the run aroundafter the fact when we spent a decent amount of money and it was their error. The final manager to help us apologized and tookresponsibility for not getting back to us sooner, but we still paid half price for no food at that point.
