Horrible experience here today, do not waste your time and money here. Got a notification for a free birthday sandwich in my... rewards, went to go use it. I sat in line for a half hour, no idea why the line was so backed up, no apology for the excessivewait time at the window either. A teenage girl I've never seen there before with absolutely no customer service skills tells methe rewards system is down, which I have never heard of before since their card reader was sure as hell working just fine, andshe wasn't willing to even try it. I've had multiple staff members here unwilling to put in the effort to type in your phonenumber and instead provides a lame excuse or simply doesn't ask for rewards, which is very very sad. She offered me absolutelynothing for my time, no compensation for the would-be free birthday sandwich, which easily still could've been given to me forfree, and she did nothing to help at all. Very very disappointed in the cheapness and absolutely pathetic customer service here,they have lost me as a many-years-loyal customer after multiple pitiful experiences. Terrible delivery. I've ordered from here twice now. The first time they just gave my food to "a woman" (thats what they... actually told me) and didn't know who she was so I couldn't even ask around for my order. The second time - right now as I typethis - the driver has already been out for 30 minutes and is currently 15 minutes late with my food. I was told that it could beanother 15-30 minutes to get here still. I told the manager that I am on my lunch time and this won't leave me any time to eatand he didn't care at all. Don't order from them unless you want your order to be given to an unknown stranger or don't actuallywant to eat your soggy food. Read more
