Very disorganized. Firstly, I had to wait for the person in front of me to recieve their doughnuts before they would even take... my order. I politely ordered my food, then had to wait about 20 minutes for a simple sandwich and hashbrowns when it wasn'tbusy, a few people were coming through the drive through, they ignored my order, and "forgot" about it until I asked where itwas. Update: It hasn't changed at all since then, it's still chaos in there. This time, A guy that was already waiting when Icame in was told "oh I guess someone must have picked it up, we'll make another one for you" right before I received my 5-personorder. The flaming LGBTQA+ worker tried telling us they couldn?t make our sandwiches, drinks and was very confused over everything.... They even looked at us several times with a deer in headlights look when we asked several times for items we hadn?t receivedyet. A fellow coworker was helping on the speaker saying they could in fact make our sandwiches and drinks. The wait time wasunacceptable as well. Read more
They took 20mins to prepare my drive through order. 10 mins after taking the order, they told me that they are out of Pesto,... whole milk, avocado... Would have been nice if they told me that while taking my order! Read more
I was visiting on business trip and at 11 am Saturday morning only had 3 donut choices. Made a choice. Told cashier I wanted... chocolate raised donut. I received a glazed chocolate cake donut. Happens in all state. Read more
Came here with pregnancy craving for a croissant breakfast sandwich. BURNT to no end. The entire thing tasted burnt too.
I normally am not one to complain but they gave me a cup with a huge hole in it that got all over my car and myself, no receipt,... and then when i came back to get a new coffee the staff was extremely rude, just stared at me and did not hurry at all as coffeeis pouring out all over the place and would not even take back the coffee and gave me like 3 napkins to clean it up which didnothing. 10/10 suggest driving 2 more minutes down the road and going to starbucks instead Read more

Stopped by at 7:30 and donuts had been thrown out for the night, no shakes available because "the blender was being cleaned".... Shut the lights off and go home if you're not providing the services of a Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins. Read more
