Good service but the food is not always fresh
I am so frustrated with this place. Order via GrubHub at 2:13pm. A Veggie Patty sandwich toasted with a bunch of toppings and... oil/vinegar. It comes about 30 minutes later. No veggie patty, not toasted, missing three toppings, and no oil/vinegar. I callto let them know, says he?ll get another out and ready for me. 40 minutes go by and I call again. The guy left? New guy sayshe?ll make another. 40 minutes later and nothing. Heed the other bad reviews. Read more
Horrible service. I had a Coupon from Uber and they wouldn?t honor it when it clearly said the coupon was valid in their store.... The manager was too cheap to accept the coupon. Don?t ever go here! Worst service ever. I?ve worked in stores before and I havesympathy for hard working employees but the people that run this place do not deserve to serve their customers! Read more
I arrived and waited about 2 minutes for someone to show up. Then he put on gloves and started using his smart phone while I... finished deciding what I wanted, getting annoyed at me when I asked him to change them. This is the worst Subway shop ever the guy making the subs is rude he's always lying he refuses to honor Subway coupons makes up... a story about the machine isn't working right so he can't take them place is dirty food is always left open never closes thesneeze guard avoid this Subway at all costs you are better to go to the one in Allston or Brookline. Negative star rating: it?s very sad. I did not get the correct amount of meats. I order a spicy Italian foot long sub and got 5... salami and 5 pepperoni. On top of that. the lady tried to tell me that the reason why she can?t add anymore vegetables, isbecause she wouldn?t be able to close the sandwich. First off, the correct way would start of by using fresh bread (as thecommercial says- SUBWAY EAT FRESH) and cutting the bread at an angle, I?m never stepping into this subway location again. I justwanted an Italian subway to enjoy for lunch. I?m very disappointed in the atmosphere (flies flying around the area) did not washhands after filling up the coin machine, no customer service and they over charged me. Constantly not adding my points to my rewards card. Today I asked 4 times and he still didn't. After he gave me the receipt I... saw he didn't add them. I mentioned it and he was unwilling to rering the order to add them. I go to this restaurant like 5times a week. After today I will never go back. They need to bring the old staff back. Read more
