Love Starbucks, but this time was a funny experience. Ordered a Mango dragonfruit refresher, and the barista heard me wrong and... gave me a pineapple refresher, which I didn?t want. They remade a mango dragonfruit for me but it didn?t have any freeze drieddragonfruit in it and the color was not red/ pink, they just put the syrup and filled it with water so it literally looksyellow. I though I got the wrong drink again, but at that point I didn?t feel like asking him to remake the order a third time,kinda disappointed, that?s why I don?t like walking in to order my drinks. Edit: went home and chopped up some fresh red dragonfruit and made the drink better. Read more

Despite hours reflecting a 5pm closing time, upon arriving at 4:30p the store was closed and completely shutdown. Staffing... issues are one thing but be sure to adequately communicate with your customer base. Read more

The staff at the Starbucks is great. They're always very cheerful and helpful. I've never had a problem. Also the store is very... clean and neat. Even though they get super busy and the wait times can get long, I would say that the drinks come out fairlyquickly. What's also great is that they have parking in the back so it's so convenient. Gets swamped by large groups of students at times. The barista(s) are always hustling but service can vary.
