2 months ago this DD had good strong coffee; today (3/2/21) coffee was weak & oh well.....

Horrible customer service. Staff is rude, mean, and angry. I plan to stop going to Dunkin after my last terrible experience.
Fast. Easy. Only a couple of high seats. Seats are hard. Clean. Food as expected for a Dunkin. Fairly typical.
I traveled from Plymouth, MA to visit my son that was being seen at the ER today and wanted to get something from Dunkin Dounuts... on the 4th floor. When I approached the black african american young lady to make my order I had a few questions about the coldcoffee's that were on sale starting from 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM there was another young lady there which I believe she was latinshe was soooooo RUDE!!. I told her to her face and she answered me back. What a RUDE person she is. People like her should notwork with the public. If she can not work with people she should seek other avenues. Period!!
