Subway is not my favorite sandwich place, but this location deserves a shout out. Due to my own failure to plan, I found myself... with a customer visit to which I was supposed to bring lunch for 10 people. It was 7:30am, and lunch was at 11:00! Most of theplaces I checked didn't even open until the time I was supposed to be arriving with lunch. The website showed that the subwaylocations opened at 8:30. I started calling around at 7:30, hoping to get lucky. No answers, until I dialed the number for thePrairie Crossing store. Two rings later, I very nice lady answered, and advised me that the store didn't open for another hour.I briefly explained my situation, and she advised that their delivery truck was showing up any minute and would need to beoffloaded. I asked if there was another nearby Subway she could recommend, and she said she would take care of me. She took myorder for (10) complete boxed lunches before the store was even open, and had them all ready to go prior to our arrival at10:15. It was very nice to have someone go out of there way to help a customer in need. She certainly bailed me out. I am verygrateful for the assist!! Read more

Sandwich was well made, people nice, but big problem when I went to pay for it. Had a coupon for 2 FLs for $12.99, coupon... {conveniently} would not scan, so cost for 2 FLs was over $22, which seemed exorbitantly high. Clerk gave me $2 off, but refusedto give me the full discount the coupon would have, saying the server was down, nothing she could do. Felt lied to because ifshe can write down $2, why not $6? I was just there during my lunch today. It was starting to get busy. There was two young ladies that were working when I went... in. There was a young lady making the sandwiches and there was a young lady putting on the veggies and cashing you out. While Iwas waiting for my turn to add veggies on my sandwich, I noticed that the young lady ringing in orders still had her gloves onwhile touching the dirty computer screen. After touching other peoples sandwich and touching the computer screen. She then comesback over, grabs the paper around my sandwich and asked " what would you like on your sandwich?" I asked the young lady toplease change her gloves before touching my sandwich or veggies. The young lady seem very bothered that I asked her to changeher gloves and gave me attitude while changing gloves. I will NOT be going back there. Read more
Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches; a double protein sandwich- received a ridiculous amount of lettuce instead. Next... sandwich had a hair in it and multiple toppings that had not been requested. Out of the 4 sandwiches I ordered only 1 was madecorrectly, Unfortunately after the disgusting find we had all lost our appetite. I'd highly recommend eating elsewhere. Read more
