Ordered 3 pizzas at 5:03pm. Received a text they were on the way at 5:52pm. The store is 6 minutes from my house. I called the... store at 6:17 and was told ?the driver is at his second stop and you are the third?. The pizza finally arrived at 6:59, mostlycold (like it was made an hour prior, shocker!) To top it all off, our order was missing 3 spicy garlic sauces, 2 regular garlicsauces, and 4 extra packets of seasonings, all of which you have to pay extra for now. $6 of missing extras. I understand beingbusy and short handed, but as a customer I shouldn?t need to ?be patient? to this extent. I use that quote because I overheardan employee, or possibly the owner?s wife, in the background saying ?we?re busy! She needs to be patient!? when I called the 3rdtime. I will say, they made it right by re-making the entire order and we went to pick it up. The store was pure chaos when wewent to pick up the order. I personally can?t speak to the quality as I wasn?t behind the counter. But given the state of thestore, I won?t be purchasing from here EVER again! I hope enough people read this and find another pizza place to order from. Read more

There call center messed my whole order up, but the joint refunded me my whole order. I ended up unhappy because of a messed up... order but ended up happy in the end because of the location. Read more
It was our first time from them and we didn't have any coupons but they still gave us 8.00 off our order. We really enjoyed the... pizza ????. and will go back We really liked the fresh ingredients too Read more
Better ingredients!? More like, where are the ingredients!? Ordered a large The Works with very few toppings & the crust was so... thin, what was there, fell off. Called to complain & was told he, "the manager" personally made it & then told me I "waswrong"! Really!? Will NEVER order from this store again! Read more
Do not eat or work here. Bad culinary practices, only the managers have food handlers, and the owner insists that the toppings... left on the trays (for hours) that fell off of previous pizzas, and should be put back into the containers for later futurepizzas (dried pieces of bell pepper and sausage). You can even hear the owner and his wife argue in the back of the store.....There are definitely better, more comforting and more appetizing places then this location. I was even told by the wife of theowner that the can opener they have in the back is dull and when I went to use it, I had to pick out metal shavings from thesauce..... Don't know if everyone else who's worked here notice but... Ya... They are only in it for the money and they cutcorners. Read more
I?m done giving this location my money. Huge bubbles in the cheesy bread and our dessert was half burnt. Not the first time but... now will be the last. Low standard of quality. Read more
Updated review Nov/22: every time I order here I?m disappointed. Order was 30 minutes later than advertised when I ordered and... when I called to check on the status I was on hold for 20 minutes with no one ever picking up the call (obviously anintentional strategy not to answer the phone). I?d love to hear from a manager that owns this franchise. Can you really not dobetter than this ? Can you not answer the phone after 20 minutes on hold? Who is running the shop for you on the weekends ? Whatever you?re doing it is not working? we won?t order here again as it?s now been months of continuousdisappointment. Last Experience summer / 2022: Arrived an hour late and cold. Called to talk to the manager and was told sorry,best we can do. We?ve ordered here a lot in the past, will be looking for alternatives next time. I get having to deal withstaffing challenges, but at $20 / pizza delivered, the restaurant should still make it right when they can?t deliver asexpected. Read more
