If Google had zero rating or negative symbol this store would get it. This is by far the worst I have ever experienced KFC.... The biscuits are much smaller the chicken is stale the Mac and cheese tastes worse then it ever have. Wth is wrong with thiscompany. I will definitely drive 17 miles to canes chicken instead of paying high prices for garbage to eat next time. Read more

Really should be 0 stars. Asked for extra gravy and paid $2.49 which we were ok with that, but they neglected to put it in the... bag. When we asked for it they said they did give us extra, upon insisting they did not, the young lady went and got someoneelse, who we thought maybe a manager.He came back with a small bag shook it as he passed it through the window and gave to myhusband, the picture reflects what we got.We have had less than acceptable service here before,last time didn't think much of itbecause of how tough it is for businesses to find employees right now, but this makes the third time with issues, we will not beback. We were told all the chicken sandwiches were sold out because a few cars ahead of us ordered a ton of them and they were behind.... My husband said ok, but they?re not sold out, just have to wait right? And the gal said it would be a 20 min wait. Like what?fora chicken sandwich? First off you don?t stop selling an item because your behind, you stop selling an item because you?re OUT ofthe product. We took our business elsewhere. The owner seriously needs to rethink their employees they have at this location. Iwill be calling the owner as well as contacting corporate. Read more
Staff was slow and did not even realize we had placed an online order until we pointed it out to them. Signs around the building... directed us to different places and contradicted each other. Overall terrible service and I strongly advise you eat elsewhere. Read more
During my visit the tables were dirty and there were a lot of flies. Maybe I was there on a bad night? But I just got done... convincing my family that this combined KFC/Long John Silver's was a good idea to eat at. So, Dad ruined dinner on the roadtrip. The food was fine, the drinks I wanted from the sofa fountain either didn't work or the Co2 was off. The worker werepolite and cleaned up once I brought it to thier attention. Read more
