If Google had zero rating or negative symbol this store would get it. This is by far the worst I have ever experienced KFC.... The biscuits are much smaller the chicken is stale the Mac and cheese tastes worse then it ever have. Wth is wrong with thiscompany. I will definitely drive 17 miles to canes chicken instead of paying high prices for garbage to eat next time. Read more

Really should be 0 stars. Asked for extra gravy and paid $2.49 which we were ok with that, but they neglected to put it in the... bag. When we asked for it they said they did give us extra, upon insisting they did not, the young lady went and got someoneelse, who we thought maybe a manager.He came back with a small bag shook it as he passed it through the window and gave to myhusband, the picture reflects what we got.We have had less than acceptable service here before,last time didn't think much of itbecause of how tough it is for businesses to find employees right now, but this makes the third time with issues, we will not beback.
