So I ordered my food off the app that jack in the box has, don't do it at this store and I'll explain why. If you order on the... app I tells you order placed and when it's completed, now with that being said I watch my app go from ordered to completed in amatter of seconds. Once the app goes to completed your card automatically is charged. So I go through the drive thru believingmy food is completed. I pull up and get told "we don't have any mobile order" in a extremely rude tone. I said ok I'll pull backaround and give it a minute. I pulled back around to more rude remarks about how there system is down and there is nothing thecan do. So I ask if I should call corporate or something to get my refund.... the reply is what every customer wants to here."That's not my problem". So now I'm sitting here trying to find what else to eat and out $35.92 on top of whatever I gettonight. Great job Jack ???? your doing terrific. Read more

Stopped here on a trip and got lunch with co-workers. None of us received the correct menu item. Also, the drink selection was... extremely limited, as they were out of most things. The staff were very overworked. The restroom was not well kempt and appearedto have a gatorade bottle filled with urine in the stall. I had never been to a Jack in the Box before and was verydisappointed. The one redeeming thing was I got a chocolate shake that was very good. Read more

Make sure you have time to wait. I went to get a milkshake, the machine wasn't working,so no milkshake. When I arrived at the... drive thru it took a while for someone to acknowledge me. I was just about to get my phone out to both verify they were open andcall to say hey I am here when they asked to take my order. She posted that she was going to give me the avocado sauce with mytiny taco and put in the hot sauce. Of course, they prepare your food to order, so the wait is long. It just seemed unusuallylonger when I was the only one in the drive thru. Perhaps my disappointment over not getting the milkshake, the primary reason Ichose them, colored things as well. This place has the worst service. Whoever the new lady is with the child that was screaming and crying when I pulled up to the... window was extremely unpleasant to deal with and I'd rather go else where. Having to wait for 15min to order or someone to saythey would be right with me was such a long wait for "fast food drive through ". And then her attitude sucked! Read more

No signage or communication lobby randomly closes/locks the front door during business hours. Complete disregard for online... orders already inside and locks them out while trying to set up dining outside. Thankfully another guest saw me previously inthere after checking in that they got up to let me back into the building. I really don?t care how long anything takes but to beliterally be locked out by far the worst fast food experience ever. Read more

Service was very slow, walk in visit. Almost all flavors out in the Coke Freestyle machine, and tables needed bussing. Waited... over 30 minutes for an order. No one ahead of us. It seemed they were filling drive thru orders as a priority. Read more

This is going to sound like a complaint but it's not. The wait was really long and it was obvious they were very short staffed.... Many places I've been have this same problem but they didn't handle it near as well as the staff that was working today did.Even through the wait, they were trying their best and it showed. Good job Jack in the Box for the smiling staff today! I'llwait as long as it takes when I can see the awesome effort these employees put in!! Read more
