Yesterday I walked into the Great Wall and was sort of greeted by the lady at the front. She had food in her mouth and simply... opened her mouth letting the chewed food fall out onto a paper towel that was sitting on the desk top. That was kind of gross. Itold her I was there to pick up two orders to deliver. One order was done and sitting there. She told me they had not puttogether the second order. I asked if they could please do that. She went about putting together an order only to tell me sheput together the wrong order! A man came in and it was his order. Then the phone was answered a few times and another customerhelped. I had the feeling my second order was not getting completed, so I again asked about it. It was not being worked on?. Atall! I finally told her it was ridiculous that I hadn?t received the second order so I can make my delivery! She went to theback and had a talk with the folks working and they started making my second order. They wasted a lot of my time for no apparentreason! Terrible food. Had ordered sesame chicken 3 different times and all of them the chicken was chewy and couldn?t swallow it. It... was really bad. Also the wontons the cheese tasted like it was from a week before. Made me sick and upset too. Based on quality and service they are excellent. The food is excellent ????. To the people giving 2 stars for the fact that you... get your food spicy. It's simple think about what you are ordering before ordering. If it's your fault you don't read don'tblame the restaurant for your mistakes. Depending on the foods that ad spice just no it will be spicy. The fact you give tostars goes to show what kind of person you really are. So have to review after seeing someone posted a negative review. There first is no way this food is spicy unless they asked for... it that way. I also go there probably once a week and NEVER got the wrong order. Never ever had either of those experiences.Best beef lo mein, crab wontons, and chicken and broccoli. They are consistently amazing. And they have east coast style eggrolls that you cant get almost anywhere in Colorado. If your from the east coast this is very reminiscent of good east coastchinese. THE FOOD: I think my food was left on the burner to long, the noodles were dry the meat was burned. The eggs rolls didn't escape... the excess fire either. The beef and scallops were decent. The hot and sour soup tasted burnt, i never tried burnt tofu before.Not an enjoyable dinner at all. THE ORDER: We went to the wrong Great Wall. I will caution you this.
