Pizza took an 1 1/2 hours to make and get to me. Got it and they didn?t put any sauce on it and it was cold. 1st time I ever... called anyone about food not being right ever. The manager told me to call in on my next order and tell them they owe me apizza. No coupon or nothing. No way of knowing if I?m being truthful or not without documentation. Asked for my money back or anew pizza and they couldn?t do it. Im never ordering from here again. 25 bucks for a medium pizza that wasn?t even right. Read more
I'm still waiting for my pizza. I was in here 10mins ago. They said it would be ready in 10mins. I came back in, now they said a... 15 to 20 min wait. ope he Just called my name. Now he handed me 2/3 items and asked if I want the 3rd. I said yes I'm supposedto feed my family. They have offered nothing to take care of the inconvenience. Read more
Ordered online. Watched the tracker as my food was cooked then entered quality check. 40 minutes later, still in quality check.... Call store, am told it will be 2 hours for delivery, but don't worry, your pizza is in a warmer. Ummm..no thanks. 2 hour oldpizza is not what I paid for. Tell me in advance that you have a 2 hour wait. This is the Second time I've tried ordering fromthis store with the same experience. Read more
Warning dont order go inside and pick up. Put an order in at 10:03 the 2 medium pizzas didn't arrive till 11:30 cold with crusty... hard cheese (cheese was curdling). Called domino's and they refused to remake or refund the card as that manager had never hearddomino has such a policy. Then proceeded to hang up. Read more
I feel like updating the site if you run out of a topping isn't much to ask. This is 3 times in a row that we've paid for a two... topping pizza and received a one topping because they ran out. Ordered 3 medium pizzas and a chicken cesar salad with 2 packets of ranch. When I recieved my order they didn't send out the... salad. Called the store they said they would get it sent out. Waited 1 hour, still no salad. Called the store again and nobodyknows what's going on they can't send out the salad or give a refund or credit. So guess I just spend $9 on nothing.
