Getting so frustrated. My kid works so hard to earn book its from school but, we can never redeem them. According to the people... who work there they sell out during lunchtime while kids are in school!! Why offer the bookits if you aren?t making them moreavailable to kids. In 3 years we have only been able to redeem one before it expired. That was only after we told them to cancelthe rest of our order if we can?t have the book it, suddenly they had the ability to make the personal pizza after that. Pleasefind a way to start honoring these for our kids. They work hard for it. (And yes, we have tried to redeem them on the weekendstoo.) Read more

We have been going to this location for years, even before the new building, and so it's nice to have some background on the... place. My husband, baby, and I went there to have dinner on Tuesday evening and Brayden and Amanda were doing some serious deepcleaning of the place! They had booths out, trash cans out, and they were even using boiling water to scrub the floor! Whatreally topped it off was that Brayden was so excited and happy to do it! I overheard them talking about what they were going toclean next time they both work together! In a time now where good employees are hard to find I appreciate the attitude. I'msuper impressed because if they take the time to clean the restaurant, then you can be assured care is taken for the foodpreparation. Our food was fresh and hot, and of course we'll be back! I didn't realize that I didn't click the button for cheese on my online order. I called and that were so kind and helpful. They... delivered a second pizza with cheese this time. Also, the food was all hot and very well made. Great customer service! Read more
Update December 5th 2019- I was contacted by the regional manager and given a store credit for the value of the pizza that was... lost during my pizza experience below. This time around the employees were attentive and very helpful. The pizza was ready andthe order was correct. Unfortunately the pizza was just alright. See my updated pictures, I am not saying that the pizza was badit was just alright. Solid three stars this time around. See my other reviews to see what I mean. I typically give 4-5stars and am not hard to please. Yesterdays experience at this Pizza Hut definitely needs to be documented though. Placed ourorder at 5:28 pm online for 3 pizzas. Arrived 5 minutes early to pick up the order. I was told that the order would be ready in5 minutes or 6:05 pm. That would be perfect as the email said the pizza would be ready at 6:05 pm. After waiting with my kidsfor about 20 minutes I went back to the counter to inquire as to the status of the order. I was told they would check and theemployee walked away. He never came back to update us and I stood at the counter getting ignored by every employee until about6:25 pm. The cashier came out with 2 pizzas at this time and I asked him where the other pizza was. He gave me a funny look andsaid he had no idea. I asked him if he could find someone who did know. After a few minutes he came back to inform me that itdid not get into the oven and that he would "credit my pizza hut account for the missing pizza." A little in shock I asked how Iwas supposed to feed everyone with 2 of 3 pizzas. He just said I do not know and that he was sorry and that they were so busytonight. This Pizza Hut location recently remodeled, and there are some new items on the menu. Today I tried the Athenian salad, and it... was absolutely delicious. The salad is supposed to be made with Romaine lettuce, but for obvious reasons they are currentlyusing the garden salad mix with iceberg lettuce. The salad had sun dried tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, warm chicken, pepperoni,feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. The real kicker (and winner here) was a warm balsamic glaze. It was so darn yummy. The place was really nice and clean. The server was super friendly and really quick. They had my order out in like 13 minutes... which got to be some kind of record. I loved the new melt. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in probably 15 years but, I'll definitelybe going back to this one. Read more
