I went on the drive thru and paid for my order at 6:02pm on 9/30. I was told to pull forward and wait there and someone would... bring my pizzas in just a minute. After waiting for 17 minutes I walked in and asked for my order. The guy had no idea I waswaiting for my order outside. Waited for another 36 minutes and finally got them. Not happy at all. We've got here a few times and haven't really had issues with waiting before, however this time they took our... order via drive and told us it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes I finally decided to go in and see if theorder was ready. It still wasn't. The workers could have cared less. Not thrilled and will go other places in the future. Read more
This place is absolute TRASH. It?s never ?Hot & Ready? even if you order ahead. The employees ignore you or have a bad attitude.... It?s as if you are inconveniencing them by picking up your order. Second time in a row we have gotten a completely raw dough deep dish pizza.... bought one and brought it home raw my son ate it... before i noticed and got a bit sick so i called and they send a coupon for a new pizza. Okay great just went and picked uoanother deep dish with the coupon and completely raw dough again. At this point i dont want a new pizza i just want my moneyback:/ Read more
We have visited this location usually a couple of times a week for the last 2 years and it's never once been what would be rated... more than 3 stars, but usually more like 1 or 2 stars. Google really should allow a review for every time you patronize aplace. You may wonder why we would continue going there when it's almost always a bad experience. The reason is that this isone of the few things that my daughter with anxiety disorder will actually eat. So we have a lot of experience with LittleCaesars locations. Before moving we frequented the Roy, Clinton and Syracuse locations, and while they were often less thangreat, they were never anywhere close to as terrible as this location! They constantly undercook the pizzas, sloppily spreadsauce all over the crust, over sauce or under sauce, have huge bubbles, skimp on toppings and cut it so crooked some pieces are1/4 of the pizza! Recently I have been getting custom pizzas that they charge $2 per topping for but every single time thereare barely any of each topping except pepperoni. Read more
The only thing hot n ready was a huge tray of bagged breadsticks. We were told a deep dish pepperoni would take 6 minutes to... cook. We were the only customer in the store. 15 minutes later they told us they forgot to put it in the oven. We couldn?t waitany longer and I asked for a refund. The kid who had forgot to cook our order had just come back inside from hand delivering astack of pizzas to someone in their car. Without explanation he gave me a certificate for a ?free pizza? and handed us twoorders of breadsticks. That?s a refund? Thanks but no thanks. Worst doughy uncooked pizza ever. Asked for a extra most bestest and they were out (apparently not cooking anymore at 9pm... when they close at 11pm) so took a classic and thus is what it looked like and very under cooked to the point that it is stilldoughy Read more
