This place is a mess. Food isn't changed out regularly like it should be so if you order from here and get food... poisoning...don't say you didn't know. Store inspection came around and this one was skipped because the claimed the knew itwould be a mess and fail. If, you work here you will be scheduled 30 plus hours but don't expect those hours. Unless you are afavorite then you will go home when sales are down first. Save a headache and order Dominos next door. Read more

Ever since they went back to delivering themselves instead of using 3rd party delivery NOTHING has been late or Screwed up! The... staff has always corrected any mistakes Which has been rare in the last 6 months.. Pizzas have arrived earlier than estimatedand so hot they had to cool down a few minutes! I ordered three pizzas for my family over 2 1/2 hours later, on the app it showed my order wouldn?t be delivered for an... additional hour! So I drove to the store all they did was canceled my order with NO pizza. If workers aren't available thendelivery should be closed and notified customers can pick up the orders in a timely manner. This done it for me. I will notsupport such a company with rude employees. If papa John?s is a must, drive to Harrisonburg. Bridgewater isn?t work your familystarving. Read more
Worst service you can possibly get! If you want your pizza to take 10 years and arrive freezing cold then order from them. They... have been giving the worst service around and I?m so done ordering from here! So horrible! My order was placed online and I even verified my order and when my husband picked it up it was not right!! The pizza wasn't... even cut and I didn't want olives but there were olives.. no big deal I can pick them off but when you place an order be carefulon what you get. Read more
I ordered two papa dias, customized. My husband gets to the store only to be told our order was picked up by ?door dash?. Poor... excuse. Did the employees confirm that the door dasher was picking up the right order and not OURS ? Absolutely not. As amanager of a restaurant I find that highly disappointing to know that orders aren?t being confirmed before being picked up. If Icould give zero stars I absolutely would ! Do BETTER. Read more
