Not to happy everytime I order 2 bagels with extra butter. I only get one with butter and the other one has nothing barely

Topping on my boston cream was a bit oozy this time. Coffee was passable and consistent as always.
Went through the drive thru and asked if I could get a tin of coffee for my coffee maker and was told they do not have them and... only have k-cups. However when I pulled out of the drive-thru, I looked through the window and saw a display rack full of coffeetins and bags. Ended up having to go inside to purchase a tin when I didn't have to. I don't appreciate being lied to just tothe staff didn't have to walk the distance to go get it. Poor customer service. Read more
My best friend and I went through this Tim Hortons the other day in the drive thru, and the employee at the drive thru... completely cut her off when placing her order. She wouldn?t let her finish a sentence before double checking her order. Myfriend was not happy, and neither was I. I understand they double check the orders before completing, but please let thecustomer finish speaking before doing so. Was also waiting what felt like an eternity in the lineup. Not impressed.
