Food tasted good but took forever. The hostess provided us all adult menus even for our kids. The server offered a meal combo... that didn't exist, forgot to bring my wife's drink, and provided 3 napkins for a party of four. Worst of all the milk providedmy son had some filthy brown granules floating at the bottom and top of the glass - he now has a phobia to order milk from ANYrestaurant. We ordered takeout to bring back to the hotel. They did not offer or include utensils or condiments, not even the ranch salad... dressing that was supposed to come with our Chicken Pecan Salad. We managed to get utensils from the hotel front desk only tofind that my burger was burned. Not a good place for takeout! Read more
It was great! The Nachos were amazing as well as the ribs. I asked for the guacamole and the BBQ sauce for the wings to be on... the side and they comply. Also, they give me the food in the timeframe they told me when I paid (I got take out). Read more
Restaurant was running on reduced staffing the day we went in for dinner. (Friday late afternoon). Staff was helpful during our... visit, which was appreciated; even as people were trying to take care of a number of things at the same time (cleaning, seatingcustomers, taking orders, etc). The only negative thing I had to say about the experience: Serving dishes are deceptivelysmaller inside than they appear on the outside. I was a little disappointed at what I got for the cost, but even so, theRaviolis were good, and a good choice (for me). Probably would go back again at some time, just not sure if I will just stickwith pasta (spaghetti) next time or try another "speciality dish". Read more
I am currently on vacation in Nova Scotia with my family and we were going to Boston Pizza for dinner tonight. After entering... the restaurant we were assigned a table and given menus. We waited a good twenty minutes before I noticed that a group of dinerswho came after us already had drinks on the tables and we couldn't even place an order. A second group that came after us wasalso already taking orders. The waitress was serving tables to the left, right and across from us without even glancing at us. Iwent to the front desk to complain in a friendly manner that our table had apparently been forgotten. The response was beyonddisappointing. Supposedly there were only two people in service and one of them was still in training. Not a word about hermaking sure we were served. I went back to our table, which we cleared after another four minutes of waiting. I couldn't shakethe impression that they didn't want to serve us at all. Presumably, families with small children (8 and 2) are not wanted fordinner, although the restaurant was not even half full. Read more
Can never go wrong getting a pizza here. Service is awesome, and atmosphere is great. If you want to sit down at the bar or at a... booth; you can still see the TV’s for the latest sport events. If you’re in the military there is a discount. The price isdecent, and I would say on average with local pizza restaurants. The food arrive quickly and hot. Read more
We had a great dinner with Boston Pizza. It is great to see when restaurants have food for people with glutenallergie. This... restaurant had the most choice for my girlfriend since we are in Nova Scotia. The fussili was nice. I had a meateor pizza thatwas also good! The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our night out. Wow waited 1.5 hours for our food after ordering and still came out staggered Waited an additional 20 minutes for all four... dishes to come to the table. When it did come it was cold and dry. It was after the dinner hour and not a lot of people left.Disgusting washrooms as well and food all over the dining room floor. Just keep driving and spend your money anywhere else. Read more
