I got food here twice. The first time was a nice experience- staff was nice food was great. (Hence 2 stars otherwise... 1). Tonight was a totally different experience. The young girl working the first station was extremely rude to every customerincluding myself. I witnessed it as I waited in a line that was nearly out the door. I approached with a smile hoping she justneeded a nice customer. Boy was I wrong she was rude, disrespectful and most certainly did not want to be there. She hadattitude in every move she made (grabbing bowls, grabbing salad, moving through stations). I asked for an extra hummus (I knowit's extra I don't care) and she literally slammed the scooper down stared at me then rolled her eyes. I hope management hasCCTV and reviews this footage. The food I was picking up was for friends otherwise I would have stopped the order in it'stracks and left. I don't care if your food is good, if your staff is rude and disrespectful it's not worth it. I work in a verylarge corporate office nearby and we were going to order conference lunches here based off my initial experience&recommendation. I love cava! I always do a BYO greens and grains bowl. The flavors and options are great. I feel heathy after eating here... because the bowls are well rounded with veggies, proteins, and grains.This particular franchise location is always prepared andthe employees are efficient. Giving 4/5 stars to this location because most of my protein was quite burnt, one piece so much so that it was inedible. I could... tell that a lot of the staff members here were newer to the job so it?s totally understandable. Other than that, CAVA offerssuch a good variety of toppings and flavors with tons of plant-based options. The food is fresh and they have many vegetarian options (roasted vegetables, falafel, etc.). The restaurant was clean and the... workers were fast and efficient despite the long line. Lots of choices to make a unique and custom plate of food. Start with abase (greens, grains, or both) and go from there. Great food, friendly staff, clean dining room. Pretty decent portions. I got the spicy meatballs and grilled chicken. Great... fresh toppings, flavorful sauces and dips. And if you know how to pick em, they've got a little bit of a kick. Great vegetarianoptions as well. Clean and friendly service. It wasn't busy when I went there so the time from ordering to having my first bite of my bowl was... a breeze. The food tasted fresh compared to other locations. The Mexican soda was interesting. It is basically a foamy flatsoda. Not my favorite. Read more

CAVA is amazing every time I visit. I pray that they open more locations in New Brunswick. It?s most definitely the most... healthiest fast food in my opinion.
