I am not usually one to complain, however my experience at Top Golf last night was not a great one. I didn?t expect perfection... given that it was a busy Saturday night, but what happened was a little ridiculous. My party had no issues arriving and gettingto our bay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, once we got to our bay the employee that was supposed to help usset up the game and sign in was very short with us and seemed annoyed by any questions. She wasn?t very helpful and hovered overus during the entire sign in process. I was the only person in my party that had ever been to Top Golf before, and she wasn?tvery helpful when it came to explaining the game and any safety information. We eventually figured it out and started playing.The game itself was fun and my party enjoyed that aspect of the trip, however the service with our food and drinks ordered wasour biggest complaint. We had ordered a few drinks and an entrée each as well as an appetizer for the group and the employeehad to come back twice to tell us several things were unavailable. No big deal, we ordered other things. One of our meals cameout 25-30 minutes before the appetizer and everyone else?s. Again, not a big deal. However, what was really frustrating is whenwe finally got our food, the chicken tenders I had ordered only came with 2, one of which was extremely small as well as boththe tenders and fries being lukewarm at best. I complained and the employee stated that we wouldn?t be charged for it and thatshe would bring out a replacement. When I received the replacement we were almost done with our 2 hour reservation on the bayand there was trash in my food. It was served with it. I once again complained and the employee stated that she spoke with amanager and that I wouldn?t be charged for it. First off, I wouldn?t necessarily eat here because #1 the food is just ok, #2 it?s overpriced. (The salsa is good tho!) The... drinks are decent, the frozen spiked lemonade was my favorite!! I enjoyed my experience here, and can?t wait to come back. ButI will be coming back on a week day, the prices are insane ????. Such a cool place. First, just getting an area to hit is a little expensive per person per hour, however it's well worth the... cost. The golfing has different modes where you aim for targets (or specific targets) and accumulate points by doing so. We hada lot of fun with both modes. Food was exceptional, and I really liked that their samplers and such catered more towards fingerfoods in creative ways in order to fit properly into the setting. Very clean area and big enough to where you don't feelcrowded. Overall great place and highly recommend checking out even if you're not a golfer!! Read more
It's so much more fun when you're able to participate! Last time I was at Topgolf, I had a broken ankle. I was on crutches &... couldn't put any weight on my ankle, so I just sat there envying the heat lamps m, food, drinks, and good service. This trip, Iwas able to golf. Much more fun when golfing. The service and food weren't as good this time around, but I'd still recommendtrying it out. An expensive way to spend a few hours, but a lot of fun and worth it on rare occasions. On the down side, therestroom doors are still VERY heavy. I couldn't open them when I was on crutches and I heard a little girl (whose dad wasoutside waiting for her) calling for him to open the door while I was still using the restroom and couldn't help. This is my second time and it was one of the most disturbing experience ever. I went here with my husband and two kids. We order... food and beers. The ? half black? his words the manager was completely disrespectful. We got seated went to the restroom. Thismanger who never seated introduced or said hello. Tells my husband he can have a beer because of my walk when I went to theladies room . Little does he know I?m knock needed. I didn?t argue but also felt embarrassed, shocked and out of place as ablack women. All these people seated drinking eating and I walk in with my family less than 10 minutes he is making thesituation awkward. Everything is on camera. This is my second time and The same manager was rude judgmental and not welcoming.Completely unbelievable situation. I will be contacting corporate. Also shout out to the maintenance man who actually spoke saidhello and had a conversation. Shame on the rest of the inconsistent employees who have no regard for customer service. The facthe said I?m half black guess what we don?t care. Also lied and said multiple customers complained. I did not engaged with anyindividuals outside of my family. When I return from the restroom my family and I was surrounded with this tess asm of people.It was embarrassing, my 8 year old son was so confused, the entire situation was awkward. The food arrived. I explained we wereleaving. The manager says you won?t be charged for anything. As if they already knew they had pushed us out of the building.People of color be aware they are not accepting of you depending on the day time and manager. Shame top golf. We are notwelcomed.
