I used to go here daily before work. My iced coffee is horrendous anymore. Literally undrinkable. I dont know if they use old... coffee, bad cream or not properly cleaning out their machine. My coffee that used to be $2.89 is now $4.19. I dont mind theprice increase but when coffee is horrible and my donut is stale I will go elsewhere. Read more

drove thru at 8 :00 am on a Sunday morning. We are 100% sure the donuts were from the previous day. Stale, almost cold, can't... believe they would actually sell them. Awful, give the option of no stars....awful. Read more

Normally their stuff is pretty good, but the food can be hit or miss. Check your food before you leave the store, unlike me, who... now has to eat severely burnt hash browns :-/ Read more
I?ve had a lot of bad experiences with other chains cough cough subway trying to get a refund for my own stupidity. Such as me... just now ordering online for Dunkin? but choosing the wrong location. I just went in to the Bridgeville location and they wereso quick and got me my order anyways and brought it out for me! This was soooo refreshing and they were so kind I could notrecommend this Dunkin? more!!! 10/10 thank you guys for your great customer service! They should be compensated! Read more
This place is nice and clean. Was here for a quick bite. Staff people are friendly.
I went two weeks ago and they had a cash only sign on the door but the credit card machine was still working in the drive thru... and they suggested to the lady in front of me to go get in line outside in order to complete her purchase when the drive thruline was wrapped around the building. The bathrooms were nasty. The cashier was wearing the same same gloves to touch money, thecash register and people's food. When I finally got to the front of the line I had to tell her to change her gloves beforetouching my food. Ended up paying with my Dunkin app since they claimed to be cash only. Read more
