This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. We were the only ones in the dining room the entire time we ate...every table,... bench, chair, and the floor was filthy. Not a single item in our order tasted fresh. The fries were cold and hard, as was theside of my gyro, and my son's nuggets. Beyond disappointing. The employees were friendly but clearly lazy. They messed up my order after I double checked it before our food was givin to us. I went in to explain to them what happened... and the manager said he don't want to hear us but he wants us to hear him. It was very embarrassing considering I work in fastfood myself and I would never talk to any customers like he did. Then they tried to make me pay extra and I told them no. My fiancé had me pick him up food On the way home. He was super excited. He is now super angry. His fries were cold and stale,... I ordered and paid for a 6 piece mozzarella stick but only got a 4 piece which was also completely cold. He said his food isusually always good but tonight really disappointed him. Not good with food allergy requests through drive-thru. Poor customer service. Food quality varied by order. Overview: my... husband enjoyed his been n cheddar, my son liked the turkey wrap, but my girls chicken was so hard they couldn't eat half of itand I couldn't eat my fries due to lack of handling the allergy requests It takes multiple poor expiences for me to leave a lowreview. Tuesday, they didn't place didn't place my food in a separate bag nor did the offer to fix after I asked about it. I amnot trying to be a pain, but when you throw napkins and condiment packets on top my open food, I can't eat it. I have to removeeverything that has been cross-contaminated and only just to eat what is in the bottom (which is less than half the fries). Inoticed as I got the food and they said "it should be fine, it's on top". When I said it wasn't okay, they didn't offer to getnew fries. I even called in and talked to a manager, who talked about giving a coupon to come back, but then hung up on me whenI didn't reply quick enough. This comes after another order that was made incorrect a few weeks ago. Food preferences and foodallergies are not the same, but when working in a service, they should both be respected. Joke. $20 for just 3 sandwiches and they were out of fries! How the h can you be out of fries??? No cheese on the beef and... cheddar. Wraps had barely any chicken. I said no tomatoes but they were on there. Don't ever go here. Read more
Ate there for the first time in over a year and got food poisoning. The fries were unbelievably stale & cold along with the... poppers. I would bet money the steakhouse burger I ordered was not cooked properly or held at the proper temperature. Read more
Finally got to try the steak burger. It was very good. Mine was perfect but my girlfriends sandwich was kinda just slapped... together so she had to basically remake it. But overall we was both very satisfied!!! DELICIOUS!!! Read more
