This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. We were the only ones in the dining room the entire time we ate...every table,... bench, chair, and the floor was filthy. Not a single item in our order tasted fresh. The fries were cold and hard, as was theside of my gyro, and my son's nuggets. Beyond disappointing. The employees were friendly but clearly lazy. They messed up my order after I double checked it before our food was givin to us. I went in to explain to them what happened... and the manager said he don't want to hear us but he wants us to hear him. It was very embarrassing considering I work in fastfood myself and I would never talk to any customers like he did. Then they tried to make me pay extra and I told them no. My fiancé had me pick him up food On the way home. He was super excited. He is now super angry. His fries were cold and stale,...
