This location is so unorganized. I went twice and my order was messed up by two different employees. I was overcharged for one... and they wouldn?t give a refund or give me the difference. The other order they gave me the wrong meal. I called the same day toreport the incident and I was assured by a women that worked there that I would get my free meal due to all the back and forth.I called today and was yelled at by the owner saying that they cannot replace my order. He hung up twice and was very rude. Icalled back and asked for the names of the employees so that I can?t make a complaint. He then said to call back the next day sohe can ask the employees. That is completely fine. What isn?t fine is him raising his voice at me for a mistake that theyinitially made. This is so unprofessional and I hope that another customer doesn?t have to deal with this. Read more
They give you a tip slip in the drive thru and collect their tip before giving you your food. Then if you don?t tip for your... drive thru order they don?t mind giving you a soda can dropped on the floor and damaged among whatever else they did to my foodbecause I chose not to tip for a drive thru order before getting any kind of service. Sharks has the best wings I've ever had. They are very fresh and are the big meaty kind. Please do your self a favor and get... some. The Italian beef was also very good. I'm guessing you won't be disappointed by anything you should happen to order offtheir vast menu. The service is excellent and the guys are great! Read more
Good food and for reasonable price. Awesome workers there as well very friendly. Only things that needs changing is manager or... ownership as they are robbing the workers and falsifying the menu saying fries come with dinner when management says no. Notcool to lie to customers! Read more
Wow how unprofessional him and his staff are. I called to complain that the wings they gave us barely had meat and were over... fried and that we just spent 45 dollars at their location... and the girl at the counter response was we need the wings backfor refund which my point in calling was to make you aware of the way the food was served not to get credit. Why would I wantmore of the same.product. it's over fried which leaves you nothing but fried skin... the girl then hung up when I called backand ask for a manager she laughed and told the staff I'm calling to complain that they didn't put meat on her chicken. ????apparently the staff is not train well for customer complaints but then after speaking to her manager I was only moredissatisfied I WILL NEVER EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN. The food was great and we enjoyed it. The fried chicken was good and fresh. I like their fries, but it doesn't taste good the... next day, so just get food for the same day. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of some of the drumsticks. There wasbarely any meat on it. Read more
I have tried the shrimp and Philly sandwich. I think the Philly sandwich is the best thing on the menu. I don't like the bread... they put in the shrimp dinner. Fries are okay. Could be better. Service is very slow there. Read more
