This is by far the very best middle eastern sweets bakery in IL. Outstanding quality and hudden gem for sure. Got carry out from here last year and I remember explicitly telling my friend that it was the best chicken shawarma and rice... I've ever had. Came back a few weeks ago to dine in with the same friend and Sallora & Sam did not disappoint. The rice isflavorful without being too salty and the texture is perfect (like al dente pasta). It?s a one of kind place, the ambience was amazing, it was a complete Arabic themed restaurant. Loved the interior decor and... also the place was pretty huge the food was delicious, we ordered veggie platter and kabob platter. Both had good combo ofsamplers, the falafel and chicken kabobs were mouth watering but the lamb kabob was average. The pita bread had a garlickyflavor and the hummus accompanied it greatly Overall the experience was awesome and would definitely recommend anyone who wantsto experience a different cuisine along.
