Ordered 2 holy bowls that come with fries, mac & cheese, chicken, and sauce. They gladly accommodated me and added some spicy... sauce on top of my bowl. Together, it?s a great flavorful bowl. Only recommendation is that the fries should go on top becauseby the time you get to the bottom of the bowl where they are, they?re quite soggy. Read more

Holy bucket was our favourite fast food spot until last weekend, when we had an extremely unpleasant experience. We went with a... family of 14 for lunch on Sunday, 10/23. First of all, please be aware that they?ve a surcharge on credit cards which isn?tmentioned anywhere in their outlet neither did they bother to inform before the transaction was made. Upon showing ourdisappointment, their employee did not even show any concern nor offered any apologies for the inconvenience caused. Secondly,they charged us wrong for the Zinger burger which was listed as $13.99 but the store charged $14.99. Upon asking they said theprices have increased but were not changed on their menu screen. Ideally, they should?ve at least informed us before. Now, whenthe order arrived, the biscuits were missing. We had to remind them ourselves and again, no apologies offered. Our pizza arrivedabout 40 minutes later and was not well-cooked at all. Absolutely no effort was made to turn our unfavourable experience into afavourable one. It was extremely sad to witness the worst customer service at one our favourite Zabiha Halal fast food places.They have definitely lost a loyal customer forever. Read more

New dine place is nice and big. Customer service is good. Food has definitely gotten better over the past year. Our big group... enjoyed it. Popcorn chicken and fries are my personal favorite. Chicken pieces were fresh, crispy and juicy but they only hadmild which means the chicken was mostly bland if you have it without the skin, but you can dunk it in any of the several saucesthey have and that?ll be fine. My most recent visit was absolutely not good. My two friends and I ordered blazing bowls. Usually they come with cut up chicken... tenders which are delicious, but this time they put popcorn chicken instead of the tenders. It completely took away from theflavor of the meal. Enough that I?m not sure if I will try it again. Previously, it was the best chicken bowl I ever had in mylife and I?d regularly crave it. After this last time, it just absolutely did not hit. My one other buddy ordered the threepiece tenders. Those were really good. After we had placed the order, the person served 75% of it and forgot that we had moreto our order. We waited a while and then went and asked where the rest of the food was. He seemed confused but was able to getus the rest of our order. Maybe hire more people to help with the high volume of customers rather than compromising quality andservice. Read more

If you?re looking for some good ?ol greasy American fare, this is the place. The fried chicken is delicious, especially the... spicy pieces, but they can taste a bit on the salty side. The bowls are also pretty good and very filling. They recently addedpizza to the menu and we loved it. The pic I posted is after it got cold, but hot and fresh out the oven it is a great NY stylepizza- halal pepperoni is my favorite there. Read more

Is their chicken good? Yes it?s excellent. Their sandwiches and bowls , delicious. But the biggest surprise was their NY style... pizza !!!! Delicious fried chicken and sides! Just being very honest. In the area the other fried chicken places are usually missing... items, messing up orders, and/or rude. I ordered online and got everything I order fresh and hot. The chicken was juicy withcrispy breading. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes was good and their coleslaw was great! Oh and the biscuits weredelicious and I don't even like biscuits. They were fluffy. Not dry and had a sweet buttery taste. Very impressed. Read more
