If I could give zero stars I would !!! Throw the whole night shift away , they were rude and all on their phones while the... customers were in their face and ignoring people like they wasn?t in their face . Then they gave my order away and had the nerveto talk about a refund that would take five business days a Itold them several times I don?t want the refund just give me myfood it?s late ! It took one person to stand up and give good customer service and give me my food that was paid for online andhad people waiting an hour for orders . This place is one big circus definitely my last time coming. Shout out to the stud whichis the only person who provided the right customer service . I cant say enough about the entire Wing Stop team today. I had a large order (over 200 wings + fries) for a work event. I... ordered online the day before and called the store to confirm they would be able to help me since I needed the order readyshortly after to their opening time. Nicole, and the entire staff took amazing care of me. They made the whole process easy andmade sure the large order was ready on time. Ordered 10 plain wings at 1:21 pm. I was the only one in the store so had a nice chat with the young girl at the register. It?s... now 1:41 and still no food up. Said I was next in line 5 minutes ago. Really? Floor so slippery I could break dance with noproblem. Was going to use the bathroom but had a change of mind due to floor and tables not clean. To whom it may concern, This place is beyond horrible. We ordered an online order and it said it would be ready in 18 minutes. ... 1 hour and 2 minutes later it was ready. The staff was rude and not apologetic at all. The workers were on their cellphoneswhile cooking and ignoring the guests. Other patrons arrived and ordered their food and got their food before our order that weplaced ahead and online. They placed our to go boxes upside down and they leaked all over my car. Not to mention the food wasdisgusting. Not sure how you mess up fried food, but apparently this location has found a way to do just that. Last but notleast a worker there had her two kids in the front while she was working and then decided to put the kids in a hot car and rolldown the windows when it was 95 degrees outside and not to mention left them unattended. I ordered online ahead of time because they usually turn off that feature. Food stated that it was completed at 9:16pm it?s... currently 9:50 and I still have no food. Overcooked chicken...burnt fries. Ordered online, said 30-35 min. Got there late and still had to wait. Total time was about an... hr 10min. Update I returned today and ordered the same thing. I showed the girl the pic of my last food. This time my fries andchicken were cooked properly. Taste great!!!! Read more
A co-worker and I ordered online, she went to pick it up. When we got the order it was wrong. We ordered a 6 piece... combo(boneless) and a 10 piece combo (bone-in). The fries were burnt and the wrong sauce was on the 6 piece and they gave us a10 piece boneless combo. Wings were salty. Tried calling but the recording kept hanging up.
