Can I give negative stars?? Went in yesterday for the first time in 15 years to Wendy's.. this location was horrible. The... bathroom was messy but the worst part twas the service at the counter. The first girl took my friends order wrong and didn'tbother to take mine before walking away. Then some other lady comes up to take my order and gives me attitude because I askednot lettuce or tomato and she snap "the classic" or something like that and I didn't know so I asked for clarification and shesnapped back with an attitude again. We cancelled our orders and left. Will not be spending money with people that treatcustomers like that. Very unprofessional staff and you could tell no one was happy to work there. Have always had good service here. Employees are generally always pleasant and see them working hard. Could be a tad more... helpful to customer who came in asked for Chicken Caesar salad and the clerk said they all have chicken, tell me when you'redone reading the menu. Uh he clearly said Chicken Caesar but she walked away. He looked at me and said guess I'm asking for thewrong thing and I don't read well. I asked him if I heard correctly a Chicken Caesar, he said yes. Cashier didn't listen to instructions when I said no condiments. No tomatoes and no pickles essential a plain burger with onion... got rude when she had to have it redone. Have the staff acted as though they didn't want to be at work. They need to fix this.Oh and the fries were cold.Do better . Read more
The employees were nice. But I ordered a son of a baconator and it only came with a few bacon crumbs. I was a manager for wendys... for 7 years so I do know it usually has 4 pieces of bacon. I understand staffing is low right now but if you dont have baconjust say that so I can save my money Read more
Very fast and courteous and friendliest service my buddy and I went there for lunch we were in uniform and I believe the manager... gave us a discount so thank you for that. And the fries were delicious. Read more
