The cashier would not accept our travel vouchers from spirit airlines? this voucher is a Mastercard gift card that works... anywhere that accepts credit cards. We received the gift cards when our flight was canceled. Had to wait several minutes for someone to actually show up and take my order. The lady was not very friendly, but she was... professional none the less. I was excited to actually have the opportunity to get breakfast as opposed to an airport snack. There was no one there, and the... restroom sign was up which I was happy to wait the five minutes. Another employee comes up with items to stock, and yells in theback ?you have a customer up here?. An older lady comes out from the back, and completely ignores the fact that I am thereclearly ready to order. The person with supplies continued to try and point out that I was right there and she just continued toask them about random supplies. This went on for over two minutes. I have no problem waiting. But to just ignore a payingcustomer, not even a good morning, or please give me a second and just throw a side eye and act like I?m not there. Beyond rude. Read more

Waited in line at St Lois airport. Finally my turn. I would like a lox and cream cheese please. We don?t got no lox. Tuna salad?... No Chicken salad ? Waiting on a flight. Went to purchase. Was told they were closed. It was 8:19PM. I had forgotten that is a VERY popular... closing time for most businesses. ALL the lights were on. No times posted that I could see. Noticed about 1/2 hour beforethey were putting out new sandwhiches. Which means they will be a day old by the time they open up tomorrow. There was no, "Sosorry etc." Or anything. The bar is still open serving drinks. I think tyhey just wanted to get out of there. It wasn't thebusiest night. But oh well. Ate here multiple times while volunteering at the airport. The cinnamon crunch bagel with butter and cream cheese was great.... Best I've had since NYC. The Italian Trio and the Chicken Pesto Panini were good too. Service was good. For an airport spot,it is what it is. Read more
