Not sure why all the other subways will cut tomatoes and cucumbers for protein bowls, but this one doesn?t. I have celiacs... disease and have never had a problem until now. Just another reason not to come to loves. Read more

I eat here twice a week and it is always new employees.May not be able to control the high turn over rate but at least give them... proper training some are awesome others are rude and careless.My sandwich today was the worse it was very sloppy and wet. Ispecifically said easy on Mayo and vinegar and I oil. Sandwich was not pushed together by knife at end. This was at 8:17 am themanager on duty had the nerve to be training but she made the sandwich and it was gross. Waste of $20 for 2 foot longs Tkt#5886701. If I don?t see a certain employee who remembers my regular and makes it neat I won?t eat here until all staff is on thesame page listening neatness and preparing sandwiches the same. Read more
I normally go to this gas station / rest stop a couple times a week. Normally the service is ok but this night I went in and was... highly disappointed with the customer service not the food. The food was prepared expertly and tasted great but the facility itself was not the cleanest and by that I mean the area around... the food needed to be cleaned there were remnants of food or rather other sandwiches left on the prep board. I was hesitant toorder being that I stood there for like 3 to 4 minutes studying the mess,the menu and was getting ready to walk away whensomeone came out the back area to help me. The woman was professional and friendly plus the sandwich tasted excellent, but thiswas all in my one experience here at this location food was good but asthetically outward appearance left something to bedesired. This is one of the worst subways I have been to. The girl who made our sandwiches was very rude and acted as if we were a huge... bother. Employees were chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the customers who came in. Read more
