Had an great experience there staff was very nice I ended up getting an hulk strawberry 32oz and had an amazing experience
They didn't have the item I ordered, but they did give me my money back since I had ordered via the app.
Okay honestly the smoothies were good... but they have questionable people handling debit/credit cards. I never go to this... location but a day after I did my account was frozen cuz of suspicious activity (door dash, ebay, other online purchases thatwere not me) I told a sibling this story and they said the same happened to them after a visit to this location. The service is good but the smoothies I typically order never come out quite right or taste the same every time. Being a Healthy... Rewards member also, my discounts weren?t applied at the time of checkout. I definitely appreciate the foam cups though! Read more
I'm sooo tired of Smoothie King messing my orders up or not applying my discounts. So again/recently I went to this... location(drive through) and the lady did not apply my discount even though I warned her before hand. I was then "refunded" andshe decided to charge me again with the discount. However like the first time I did not get a refund at all. So instead ofpaying 18$ I paid 40$ some in all. Its annoying because it isn't the first time. I was planning on calling but She took my firstreceipt and did not give my another copy. So I couldn't only prove one order and my bank account which I am not going to show toan employee. I only come back because my 9 year old son. Read more
This place is awful. they clearly do not know what they are doing. i ordered two of the SAME smoothies & i got two completely... different ones & they both do not even taste great. i have gotten smoothie king many many times in the past from differentlocations & these smoothies are gross. Read more
Despite arriving a few minutes before closing, I was still greeted cheerfully. As I entered I saw both young ladies were working... hard on fulfilling orders from the drive thru. It seemed that they were doing the work load of 5 people but remained efficientand courteous and made time for me to complete my last minute order. I ordered the Lemon Twist Strawberry with Immune Supportand Frozen Vanilla Yogurt. It was delightful and perfectly made. Just the right amount of thickness and spot on temperature. Sothrilled to have Smoothie King off of St. Charles Rock Road. I?m confident I will be in again very soon. Read more
Sitting at the window. It's been over 5 min and still not have had anyone say a word. I said hello nothing I honked and finally... someone said something. I told them I've been waiting over 5 min they did not care. Poor service, poor attitudes, zero stars isunfortunately not a option. Asked to speak to a manager they said no, there isn't one here.
