I just contact the Imos Saint Charles rock Road across from Walmart to place a to go order I asked him specifically were there... any specials first? The guy that was taking the order was a complete jerk customer service really sucks these days and it?sdefinitely unfortunate I decide to just cancel the request and not eat from them because who knows what he would have done tomy pizza you should never have to have that feeling when ordering food. I am never put "on hold", the staff is friendly and pizza is always just right! Well done! We have an Imo's at the end of my... street in Saint Ann but over the last 4 months they put me on hold or don't even bother to answer the phone. While taking a bite into my first piece of pizza, I found a very long BLACK strand of hair. My hair is Brown & Blonde. I... contacted the store in disgust, asked to speak with a manager, the girl who answered stated that she was a manager, simplyreplied, would you like us to remake it. Never once apologizing or offering any other accommodation. Well-known St. Louis (MO) pizzeria! This location (11911 Saint Charles Rock Rd., Bridgeton MO) does it right! Small restaurant... with a handful of parking spaces but Staff is extremely efficient & professional & likeable! Sunday (4/11/21), I ordered amodified 14-inch "Thin Deluxe Pizza" and it was SUPER TASTY! I returned, again, on Tues. (4/13/21) for aNUTHA one! Those pizzapies were like *majic*! They disappeared QUICKLY! Don't compare Imo's pizza pies to those OTHER pizza stores. If you DO, you'llmiss the awesomeness! This is family owned franchise. The owners were there working! The lady that took my order was kind, friendly and had the... biggest smile. They even brought my order out to car, where I was waiting. Of course food was delicious ???? will visit themagain. Read more
